To end a subscription

1. Log in to My pages, open the main page of a service or domain you want to cancel and under Status row press the button Cancel located on the right end.
2. A verification-link will be sent to your contact address. To be able to cancel the service/domain, you need to have access to your contact address, the email address registered to your customer account. This is a safety measure to make sure only you, the owner of the service can cancel it.
3. Click the link in the email to complete the cancellation. Follow on screen instructions and choose if you want to cancel immediately or at the due date and the reason for your cancellation.
4. Press Submit cancellation to finalize the cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed you will receive a confirmation via email.

Do note that any website or email connected to a service or domain will stop working if you cancel the service or the domain.
